Take Back Your Life by Living "Consciously"
The reason why you feel like your life sucks is because you've been living on autopilot.

Most people live their life passively.
Wake up, scroll, eat, work, scroll again, sleep.
Days blur, bad habits rule, and awareness fades into autopilot. This is an example of passive living.
But there’s another way to move through life: consciously.
Conscious living means choosing to be awake in your own experience. It’s the art of noticing your thoughts before you become them, questioning your actions before repeating them, and taking ownership of your time, attention, and energy.
It looks like:
Pausing before reacting to a stressful situation.
Reading the ingredients label of foods before buying them.
Debriefing for a moment to reflect on your values before making a decision.
Taking responsibility on your life instead of blaming people, luck, or circumstance.
Choosing creators and media that align with your growth instead of cheap dopamine
It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being present. About becoming the kind of person who lives on purpose, instead of drifting toward convenience, comfort, or cultural default.
To live consciously is to return to the steering wheel of your life. It’s radical, rare, and deeply human.
